    Histoire

    Ce majestueux rouge espagnol est le vin phare de Bodegas y Vinedos San Roman, fondé par Mariano García en 1998 dans la région en plein essor de Toro. Mariano a travaillé pendant trente ans pour la cave Vega Sicilia, mondialement connue, avant de partir fonder sa propre cave familiale où il travaille avec ses deux fils, Alberto et Eduardo. Au total, ils possèdent 100 hectares de vignes à Toro où le climat continental extrême avec des étés chauds et secs et des hivers très froids est idéal pour élaborer des vins rouges puissants et concentrés.
