    Histoire

    Lorsque le domaine viticole Pillitteri Estates a ouvert ses portes en 1993, c'était un rêve devenu réalité pour le propriétaire Gary Pilletteri, qui avait déménagé de sa Sicile natale à Niagara au Canada à l'âge de 12 ans. Gary est issu d'une longue lignée de vignerons siciliens, il était donc naturel qu'il fasse un jour ses propres vins dans ce magnifique coin du monde. Aujourd'hui, trois générations de la famille sont impliquées dans la gestion quotidienne du domaine qui compte 100 acres de vignes plantées à la fois de variétés hybrides rustiques et de raisins classiques de climat frais comme le Riesling et le Gewurztraminer.
