Situé au cœur de Puligny-Montrachet, en Côte de Beaune, le Domaine Alain Chavy est né en 2003, suite au partage, entre les deux frères Alain et Jean-Louis, des terres ayant appartenu à l'entreprise familiale Gérard Chavy et Fils. Aujourd'hui, le domaine s'étend sur 6,5 hectares de vignes, cultivées selon les critères de la Lutte Raisonnée, une philosophie qui limite l'utilisation d'engrais et de pesticides.
Le Puligny-Montrachet Les Charmes du Domaine Alain Chavy présente une belle robe jaune paille aux reflets dorés. Le profil aromatique est complexe avec des notes de fruits à noyaux, de melon et de pomme, des notes d'agrumes et des nuances beurrées, ainsi que des épices douces. En bouche, il est élégant et corsé, avec un caractère riche et une veine minérale marquée. La finale est longue et épicée. Essayez-le avec de la truite, du veau ou du poulet en salade César.
